Employee Referrals

 

Due to the increasing demand that exists for healthcare professionals both locally and nationally, and to accommodate our varied programs and services, Allied Services has implemented a Referral Bonus Program to encourage interest among qualified candidates for designated positions.

  • The Employee Referral Program is effective 1/8/2020 - 6/30/2020
  • It's easy!  Just complete the  Employee Referral Form  and return the form to Human Resources
  • You must complete the Referral Form within 30 days of hire to receive the bonus

 

You can earn money for the following referrals:

 Tuition Reimbursement

 

Allied Services currently offers up to $3,000 per fiscal year of Tuition Reimbursement.  Employees who have completed one (1) full year of continuous service, and currently are of full-time status, may be eligible for tuition assistance.  Prior approval must be obtained from your divisional Director and Department Head.  Applications may be obtained and, when completed, returned to the Human Resources Department.

 Allied University – Supervisor Training
